To receive any CoolSculpting treatments, guests must first complete a complimentary consultation. After the consultation, our CoolSculpting technician will set up the appointment on a first come first serve basis.
A valid credit card is required to schedule all CoolSculpting appointments. There is flat rate deposit of $500, that will be applied to the full amount due treatment day (before service.)
If you require any type of correction, please notify us within 48 hours. Any corrections must be done within 14 days of initial service and with the original stylist. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.
Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best service experience. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time or (10 min for appointments under 30 min long), we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please keep in mind you may have to wait and/or may be rescheduled with a different stylist.
Gift cards may be used on any services and/or products at the salon. All gift cards have a one year expiration date from the day of purchase. Our gift cards are non-refundable.
Our salon is constantly evolving and growing. Due to the nature of our services prices are subject to change. Prices may also vary for all services based on: length of service, increased product use, advanced education and experience of technician.
