Appointments and Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to schedule all appointments over $200.  A deposit for 50% of your service charge will be applied the day of scheduling.  This deposit is non-refundable.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least twelve hours ahead of time.  This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment. 

***If the appointment is a no-call, no-show; the guest may use their prior deposit as store credit. 

Corrections

If you require any type of correction, please notify us within 48 hours. Any corrections must be done within 14 days of initial service and with the original stylist. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.

Arrive on Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best service experience. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time or (10 min for appointments under 30 min long), we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please keep in mind you may have to wait and/or may be rescheduled with a different stylist.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used on any services and/or products at the salon. All gift cards have a one year expiration date from the day of purchase.  Our gift cards are non-refundable.
